The drawings were done very well and I liked the fluid movements of the fishes and the line. However I thought it could have used a little more diversity in the story. You could have shocked us all at the end with something unexpected.
the setting sun in the background is an excellent touch. little details make the world of difference! i love the theme of "evolution" survival of the fittest; fish eat smaller fish. so simple, yet powerful.
Very cute fishing story. Good transition from sun to moon on the flip through. Overall a great piece, the fish sequence of eating is excellent. Good passage of time and circle of life with the story, cool.

ReplyDeleteI also like the concept of the bigger fish eating the smaller fish, but the best thing is the expression on the faces of the fish.
